How long does a repair take?

Due to the strong demand, it currently takes about 10-14 days until your beloved sneakers are back with you.

Do I have to clean my sneakers beforehand?

That would be nice but not absolutely necessary, for a small surcharge we will bring your sneakers back to a high gloss.

How much does a repair cost?

The prices vary depending on the complexity of the repair, for example a normal sole replacement costs €39.99.

How do I pay?

You can easily pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

Why not just buy new sneakers?

Appreciate what you have and don't let your fashion become disposable. Repair instead of throwing away to break the vicious circle at least a little bit.

What shoes can I have repaired?

We only repair sneakers.

Does the initial assessment cost anything?

Of course, the initial assessment costs nothing.

Can you get an estimate?

You will receive a cost estimate immediately after you have sent us photos of your sneakers.

Will my shoes be picked up for repair or do I have to send them somewhere?

The return shipping is included in the price.

Do you just send the sneakers in? Or do you have to send something beforehand?

Before that you send us a few photos of your sneakers so that we can tell you whether a repair is necessary  is possible or even makes sense.

Is it possible to get original soles for the repair?

We currently have to resort to alternative material, but we are working on being able to process original material as quickly as possible!
